Adam Klein

Adam Klein is a Managing Partner at the renowned Integral Coach training school New Ventures West and a faculty member Stagen Leadership Academy. He works with individuals and organizations to grow their capacity, enhance their effectiveness, and deepen their fulfillment. His great joy is in supporting people in long-term development and integration. Adam’s leadership experience began over 20 years ago as an engineer leading a team in the demanding environments of NASA AMES/JPL and AFLR (Air Force Research Lab). His success there and in other in dynamic, leading-edge organizations led him to launch a leadership development and consulting business focused on addressing underlying issues within organizations to unleash greater efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation. An innovator at heart, Adam’s work often takes a fresh a look at what was possible. Prior to his work as a coach he supported the development of first-in-class business solution to combat global slavery and helped launch a center for life integration in San Francisco. His experience of what is possible for leaders is enhanced by 15+ years as an avid endurance athlete. Having competed in Ironman Triathlons across the world he understands that we are all much more capable than we realize. His clients appreciate the clarity, strong grounding and peaceful presence he brings to each program. A published poet, Adam finds inspiration through his practice of ultra-running and extended time in the wild. He delights in spending time with his wife Robyn and their daughter Genesis.
