Alan Fogel, PhD, LMT is a Rosen Method Bodywork Practitioner and Senior Teacher, and the founding editor of the Rosen Method International Journal. He is a Professor of Psychology Emeritus at the University of Utah (USA) and was did research on the development of emotion and communication, especially during infancy, for 35 years. He has a Rosen Method Bodywork private practice based Salt Lake City, Utah, USA and does Skype/Zoom Embodiment Consulting. He gives lectures and workshops workshops internationally in Rosen Method Bodywork, Embodied Self-Awareness, and Trauma and Resilience. His books include of Body Sense: The Science and Practice of Embodied Self-Awareness (W.W. Norton&Company, 2013); Infancy: Infant, Family and Society, Sixth Edition (Sloan Publishing, 2014); Change Processes in Relationships (Cambridge University Press, 2006); Developing through Relationships: Origins of Communication, Self, and Culture (University of Chicago Press, 1993).
