Anthony Trahair

Anthony Trahair, graduated at the Dimitri Physical Theatre and movement School in Switzerland in 2003. Anthony has a passionate playfulness practice of juggling and object manipulation since 1994, Yoga and Taichi consistently since 1998.  Anthony is author of the acclaimed book "Pearls of Juggling" that aims to give the reader the inspiration and skills to express themselves through juggling in an authentic way. 2 years ago Anthony created a 3 day playfulness festival in Toffia Italy, where he lives GIOCOSAMENTE, and this year had a successful online edition. Anthony hosts a podcast "The Playfulife Podcast" about living a more playful life. He offers weekly live stream fun chair yoga classes.
