Teaching Embodiment to Coaches

Coaching and Therapy

How to Move safely, soulfully, and scientifically, when the body has persistent pain

How to move safely, soulfully, and scientifically, when the body has persistent pain

A healthcare practitioner since 1986, with qualifications in osteopathy, acupuncture, homoeopathy, coaching, NLP, pain management, applied communications, and more. In addition, Daniel trained extensively in contemporary dance, gym instruction, and martial arts. More recently has begun to play with improv, voicework, and ballroom dance. His work helps people address health challenges caused by anxiety burnout and chronic pain, by implementing small adjustments which lead to big improvements over time. His methods have evolved over many years and he describes them as the offspring of talk-based therapy and practical embodiment. His approach is based on a union of science and creativity. Science underpins the structure of the work whilst creativity is used to make it relevant and engaging to the receiver.
