I’ve been onstage and in training for 20 years, from theatre to spoken word, freestyle and storytelling, then as a speaker and teacher for the last 10 years.  I’ve grown from a terrified, abused child to an angry drug addicted youth, to a lost young man, to a mostly happy, mostly loved up, reliably inspired guy (still far from perfect!) When I began freestyling poetry, then freestyling life itself, it was love at first sight. Gig after gig, workshop after workshop, I realised I can show up anywhere trusting myself to bring the best of myself. After a few years I noticed a crazy contradiction. Onstage I felt pure Flow and created reliable magic. Offstage, while trying to build my career I felt stuck, drained and depressed. I had a blindingly obvious epiphany - how I create is what I create. It was time to make living my gifts my only business plan. Make Flow Speaking my only business plan.  Everything has expanded from that choice. I’m really just getting started. But my living Flow Speaking has started opening a thousand doors for me, inside myself and out in the world.
