Movement and Anatomy

Full Body Awakening

Since her debut in 1990 in San Francisco, she’s toured internationally as a singer-songwriter and performer. These aspects of communication and creativity nourish each other. As she recovers more and more from debilitation perfectionism and fear of being seen, she can help others. And she does. She includes her experience and love of yoga and dance and improvising in her workshops. The integration of movement is vital in freeing the breath, the voice and blocked tensions. She leads her groups into wild, ecstatic moving and sounding, and also into deep stillness and relaxation. She specializes in helping people overcome stage fright and debilitating perfectionism, to discover their joy and spontaneity. An avid dancer of Tango, Salsa and Kizomba, 5-rhythms and improvisation, dance and sounding are key aspects of her work and private practice. Her memoir: Pandora Learns to Sing is available on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Pandora-Learns-Sing-Journey-Wholeness/dp/0982607784 www.creativehealthyliving.com
