Chi for Two® A Polyvagal-Informed, DMT-Informed Partner Practice

Dee Wagner, LPC, BC-DMT, long-time dance/movement therapist and counselor has developed partner practices called Chi for Two®—the energetic dance of healthy relationship. Polyvagal-informed, trauma-informed and rooted in attachment theory, Chi for Two® practices help couples recognize when romantic dances are triggering old dysfunctional caregiver/infant patterning. Then partners can shift the old patterning, freeing more playful romantic dances. Dee writes and presents on polyvagal theory. She has articles in American Journal of Dance Therapy; Body, Movement and Dance in Psychotherapy; Voices: The Art and Science of Psychotherapy (American Academy of Psychotherapists); Counseling Today, Elephant Journal; and Asana International Yoga Journal. She has been interviewed for numerous podcasts including The Thoughtful Counselor.
