Ila Edgar understands what it’s like to work for leaders in the great, good, bad and even ugly categories. Those experiences formed her purpose and plan to develop her own leadership skills and to help others to do the same. Ila has over 25 years in progressive leadership roles combined with extensive experience in coaching and development. She offers a unique combination of skills, courage and care. She believes in getting to the heart of what matters and developing a plan to uncover the confidence and skills to become an inspired (and inspiring) leader!
