Kate Middleton is a Champion Freediver, Embodied Yoga Teacher, Somatic Movement Therapist and Authentic Relating Facilitator. Through Embodied Yoga Trainings, Wilderness Immersions and private therapy sessions, Kate guides individuals and groups into the wild reaches of the soma and psyche, with Nature as the muse and mirror for deepening relationship with Self and Other.
