Masa Suzuki

Masa is a professional Parkour practitioner, Martial Artist, Dancer and a Movement teacher based in Tokyo, Japan. He combines various disciplines and both eastern and western philosophy to discover the road to enlightenment through movement practices. His main research is combining Ninja art and techniques into modern athletic activity, art forms and combat sports. He coaches young Parkour coaches to become better coaches as a head coach at MISSION TOKYO and teaches many professional fighters who fight in events such as RIZIN and K-1 as a Movement teacher.
