Rokas Leonavicius has been a devoted practitioner and professional instructor of the philosophical martial art Aikido, Yoga and meditation until after more than a decade of practice and teaching he realized that many of the things he was taught were fallacies. That lead him on a documented journey on YouTube where he publicly questioned his practices and beliefs, which lead to many transforming experiences.
