AMBITION - tracking traces of ambition in our embodiment practice

Sabina Glas is a passionate mother of three amazing young adults. All her life Sabina is a curious seeker, practitioner and teacher in different disciplines of embodiment and body work. A decade ago she founded the luxury clothing line pelagou Sensual Bodywear inspired by Angela Farmer and the nature of the island of Lesvos, Greece. Her body-home she found in the practice of Angela Farmer and Victor van Kooten – „I am nature“ – experimenting along the images of nature. She took on the lesson about how every body is part of nature, an expression of nature in every movement of the body, in her own yoga classes, teaching the inner language of natural body movement and letting go of concept and dogma.   This journey in embodiment work further deepened with the work of the Divine Consciousness together with Barbara Rott. By being completely present and connected with the Divine light her practice became an invitation to walk that path of light and clarity where ever it leads to, perceiving joy and effortlessness in every moment. She calls the practice: InnerBodyFlow BodyMeditation A gentle, playful, meditative practice of movement and embodiment that allows to get deeply in touch with your body - getting to know its language and its pace and opening up new spaces within for more permeability and flexibility. A school of perceiving and listening which is different every day, which evolves all the time, which does not hold on to anything and which unfolds out of each moment.
