Tantric Tools for an Embodied Sexuality

Shashi Solluna is a published author (Hay House) on the subject of Tantra (Tantra Made Easy), and has been studying and teaching Tantra for 20 years. She teaches trauma-informed Tantra, fusing therapy and spiritual teachings. Her background comes from studying Experimental Psychology at Oxford University, giving a scientific foundation to her spiritual work. Currently she teaches teacher training programs, and is developing an online curriculum. She also runs a Tantra TV channel (LiveTantra), a popular podcast, and is making two documentaries on Tantra.
