Tal Halevi

TAL HALEVI is a choreographer, dancer, and teacher based in New York City. Born and raised in Israel, she was a member of the Rena Schenfeld Dance Theater in Tel Aviv and danced with New York Theater Ballet and with choreographers Nimrod Fried and Jeanette Stoner. She has performed, taught workshops, and presented at somatic movement conferences in the US, Canada, Israel, and Europe. A registered somatic movement educator, certified practitioner of Core Energetics,  and a certified teacher of Body-Mind Centering, for over thirty years she has explored the evolution of movement patterns as source for choreographic invention, personal insight, and transformational experience.
