Intimacy and Relationships

Giving and Receiving in Relationships

Tana Saler is an Ottawa, Canada - based personal development coach and trainer with over twenty years of experience in working with individual clients, couples and groups in several countries and cultures including Canada, Israel, and Romania. Tana’s work focus is “Inspired, Embodied Connection”: she helps people deepen their ability to connect to each other through experiential games and practices which draw from an integration of methods and approaches which include mindfulness meditation, healing arts, linguistics and communication, mind-body disciplines, comedy improvisation, dance, integral studies and practice and more. Tana began developing her unique embodied connection approach in 2009 with her locally famous “Love Workshops” where she explored polarity and attraction, communication styles and types, flirt and language, Yin and Yang in relationships and more through interactive games. Tana is a blogger at www.tanasblog.com and a YouTube contributor on her channel. Tana’s teaching style is playful and humorous, and she exudes a kind of warmth that, according to her class participants, puts people at ease, even when shy. Tana is Jewish by birth and is influenced in philosophy and practice by Jewish mysticism and Buddhism. Her daily practice includes mindfulness meditation, loving-kindness (Metta) practice, QiGong, conscious movement and dance, and several self-care methods. And dog walking and cuddles with Carmen, her senior rescue Golden Retriever.
