An exploration of the breath through movement, meditation and breath focused practice.
Learning outcomes 1. Awareness of the power of breathing 2. Some practices they can incorporate into their lives 3. Inspiration to engage more fully with breath focused practice
Expect to begin with a short centering, experience a hatha vinyasa practice aimed at steadying and gentling your systems, and conclude with a meditation focused on cultivating peace within and around you.
