An interactive introduction to Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT). You will have an opportunity to explore an (optional) simple self applied eye movement exercise and interact with the Trainer and each other to share experiences and ask questions. Joanna will share some case studies, precautions and outcomes during the session.
