We often separate our sexual selves from our daily lives and see pleasure as something purely sexual that happens during intimacy or self pleasure. What if we could use pleasure as a nervous system resource to support us through challenging times? In this session we'll explore simple embodied (clothes on!) pleasure practices we can bring into our daily lives to become more connected, resilient, present & alive. As we sensitise our bodies to feel more, we might encounter numbness, tension or stored emotions, but we also expand our pleasure potential & connect with our innate power, creativity & wholeness.
