We will explore ideas that facilitate a profound shift in our capacity to both express ourselves with clarity, kindness and authenticity as well as listen and connect with empathy, understanding and curiosity. Learn to sense into your deepest values, even in the midst of tension, uncertainty or conflict. I work with whatever is alive for people, allowing participants to have an embodied experience of the power of heart-to-heart communication.
