Come join me and explore these two distinct areas of meditative practice. We'll dance through a Wave using the 5Rhythms map and discover how movement is a direct way to quiet our mind and bring our awareness to the presence of our body. We will come together in a seated practice and witness the movement within - our thoughts, feelings, sensations, whatever may come, we can rest in the stillness of our body and let it support a deeper seeing of what moves in us, what is alive in us. In practicing both these different meditations, the paradox between movement and stillness is what brings us closer to the essence of who we are.
This 50 minute session includes movement so make sure you have a clear space to move through. For the seated practice, please have cushions and a shawl to sit comfortably. Hope you can join me. EveryBODY is welcome.
