Tai Chi Essence introduces people to Tai Chi, or perhaps introduces them to themselves using Tai Chi. We'll play with some key processes and just a few moves, which is all it takes for people to fully experience that great feeling of their own Tai Chi - something along the lines of grounded, relaxed and energised.
We'll look at the body's mechanics, connections and alignments, developing
'natural posture';
We'll relax muscle around bone, cultivating the power of immersive attention along the way and notice how this makes us feel in terms of energy, restoration and balance.
