The development of the ecological self in relation to the discipline of authentic movement.

Following a short introduction to The Discipline of Authentic Movement (Adler, 2002) we will explore the discipline of authentic movement (particularly witnessing), embodiment, the elements of transpersonal and ecological psychology, relationship and participatory knowing. The workshop takes the perspective of recognising the connectivity between the individual body and the wider body of the earth. There will be time for a short experiential practice to (re)-connect to our ecological self, and questions.
