In this workshop I will guide us through some light movement connecting us to our masculine energy, give a small introduction to the Unmasked man, why I created it and it’s purpose. We will then participate in some open sharing around what it is to be man in today’s society and drop into a deep heartfelt space.
This is about connection, vulnerability and authenticity. Shedding the layers and Breaking down the stereotypes of today’s masculinity. Taking off the masks we wear so often and fully be seen just as we are. Please bring a small object that is sacred to you.
