Suffering is a resistance to what is. By constantly being in conflict with our inner experience, we create the tension we then call suffering. Is it possible to discover a peaceful relationship with our own mind? How to embrace and be transformed by our inner challenges? What if our inner conflicts were doorways into a deeper relationship with life? In this session we will explore those questions with a little bit of theory about this practice of meditation and most importantly with a direct experience of it."
