Christina Dohr

Embodied Facilitator and Coach Christina is a master of integrated mixed modalities from many worlds. Assistant Trainer on the Embodied Facilitator Course, Aikido black belt, passionate dancer and improviser. She holds a MSc in Social Sciences and has a background in innovation research and consulting. Her work and curiosity took her around the world, from London, Berlin and Switzerland to South East Asia and back. Christina guides groups and individuals through laser sharp embodied enquiry exercises presented in a playful package while targeting greater self-awareness and personal growth. With a focus on relating and intimacy she helps people become aware of their patterns and break those that don’t serve. Others describe her and her work as sensitive, perceptive, down-to-earth and balanced, with a lot of clarity, compassion and humour.
