Mirror mirror on the wall… An embodied approach to integrating projections

This session is not about vanity or fairytales. It is about stories, it could be about jealousy, and it most definitely is about taking a closer look at ourselves. “Projections - the presentation of an image on a surface.” Sometimes, if not often, we project parts of ourselves onto the canvas of the outside world and other people, spinning stories and making judgments. We externalize what we do not want to or believe we cannot own. Denying responsibility or our part in disappointed expectations, unwanted outcomes, and uncomfortable truths.
