I'm an internal martial arts lineage holder with a scientific outlook. I spent the early 90s in Taiwan studying with one of the most influential internal arts teachers of his generation and since returning to Europe have burrowed deep into a range of martial, movement and meditative rabbitholes. I was a cofounder of NLP School and also the oldest Crossfit box in Paris where I now live. Alongside those I garden, freedive, write books and breed snakes
