Jake Clapson has spent the last 6 years of his life developing a deeper understanding of human health through seeking out mentors in areas such as natural movement, re-wilding, ancestral diet and lifestyle practices and hunting. Jake lives and breathes natural movement and coaches it both in-person, through workshops and retreats, and online, through podcasts and online courses. It is his aim to help people restore and reclaim vitality through living according to our nature as human beings.
