Movement and Anatomy

The volume of movement

After 20 years as a Manual Therapist, Mee (Milèna) has recently veered towards teaching Functional Movement and providing embodied life-coaching sessions as a means of promoting self-reliance. She is recognized as a force in the field as she focused on both potential and evolution in people. Mee developed Deep Flow in 2006 as a vessel to weave and link all of her passions and expertise: myofascial release, life-skill coaching, functional movement, dance, embodied meditation and restorative yoga, and the science of the nervous system. She believes that in order for anything to change we must reach the person on a cellular level, which means that all systems must be rewired in order for a shift of any kind to be set and integrated from the inside out. She is skilled at merging body & mind and knows how to interweave “philosophic bombs” within her teachings!
