Many people are afraid to move after an injury, during a flare-up of a herniated disc for example, or are simply intimidated by the online material available around movement. This workshop would introduce what is a kinetic chain; where motion starts and where it ends in such a way that we can position the injured, locked or timid area in the middle of the chain so that it learns to move in cognition with the ensemble, or as a result of whole-body motion. People will learn about and tune into micro-movements; a movement that is felt but not visible as a key or influential notion to reach or develop a macro and expressive movement. The concept of "The volume of movement" teaches people how to adapt any movement they see online to their own bodies and needs and grow the necessary steps to move from stability to mobility and towards agility.
