Stephen is the principal author of The New Science Of Breath (2005), Coherent Breathing – The Definitive Method (2009), Wuji Qi Gong & The Secret Of Immortality (2013) and Personal Resonance Protocol (2016), as well as COHERENCE discography, RESPIRE- 1, SLOW DOWN!, The Six Bridges, and of course “2 Bells”. He is also a graduate of The Center For Creative Leadership Core Program, circa 1990.
