Stephen Elliott takes us on the end-end journey of how
the Coherent Breathing method came to be, the initial
impetus being the search for a protocol for eliciting the
Awakened Mind brainwave pattern/state (circa 2000),
to present-day emphasis on ending the pandemic-before-the-pandemic,
Essential Hypertension.
Along the way Stephen introduces us to key research
colleagues and out-of-the-blue pivotal moments that occurred
along the way, leading us to the present day understanding of
Coherent Breathing which Stephen describes as “an evolutionary
imperative”, as a healthy and high functioning mind depends on
a healthy and high functioning brain.
