Virginia Moutlia

Virginia facilitates, leads and helps others organize retreats & seminars, for corporate groups or individuals, in destinations rich in history and culture, and breathtaking natural beauty. Her offerings are an amalgamation of her training in theatre & acting, tai chi & qigong, yoga, and various psychotherapy approaches, and the Ancient Greek Myths & Archetypes. She enjoys bringing body-mind practices to clients of coaches & therapists, actors, and people who work in high stress business environments. She is often found immersed in some training, in an ongoing effort to understand herself, others, and find answers to an ever increasing list of questions. When that is not the case, she can be spotted climbing trees, swimming and conversing with cats, humans and other creatures. Based in Greece, she makes time for  travelling, living, teaching & learning in other countries.
