The world is changing in many and unpredictable ways. One thing that is not changing is the potent resources that exist within us all. No matter what changes we have to face, we will face them better if we stay in touch with the peace, wisdom, and compassion that express our spiritual nature. These gifts, that benefit others as much as ourselves, are perhaps most directly accessible by way of the sensations being continuously generated by the intelligence of the body. Using both movement and stillness this session will invite you to access your deep inner resilience by way of a lucid intimacy with your body. Suitable for anyone who can walk upstairs unaided.
