By now you’ve heard the term fascia, but may still be confused about what it is and how to “connect” with your ubiquitous connecting tissue. This dynamic tissue is loaded with sensory neurons that inform your brain's emotional and physical mapping centers. As you build familiarity with fascia's unique textures, you also increase body awareness, decrease pain and dis-burden high stress centers that store excessive body tension. Join Jill for easy mapping strategies to help you locate the different types and textures of fascia within your body and how to optimize your self-myofascial release practice. \*Bring your favorite self-myofascial release balls to use in the practice portion. The speaker will be using Yoga Tune Up® Balls and a Coregeous® Ball.\*
