Embodied neuro-biofeedback support for embracing the toughest social challenges

"This session will guide participants into a deeply embodied form of mindfulness and awareness meditation that will empower them to powerfully self-regulate their neurobiological, physiological and emotional experiences for self-healing, transformation and deep resilience. This practice will provide participants a resilient internal foundation for embracing the toughest social challenges we face with courage, self-compassion, wisdom and skillful means. It will also provide them with the resilience to embrace radical ownership for their participation in and impact on social systems, structures and the impact those systems and structures have for themselves and others. Neuro-Somatic Mindfulness (NSM) represents a potential evolutionary leap in our capacity for self-regulation through embodied neuro-biofeedback."
