Join a short sample of a typical kids yoga class. Deconstruct the class together with Isis and the other participants to find the obvious and not so obvious techniques, tips and tricks to make your sessions run smoothly.
Session will be fun, interactive and accessible for both new and more experienced teachers. We expect some knowledge of yoga. This workshop is not about teaching or understanding yoga. It's about teaching it to kids.
