Human beings are in the midst of an evolutionary shift: will we take our bodies with us, or not? Human beings are in the midst of an evolutionary shift, driven in large part by our discomfort with and disassociation from our bodies, each other and our natural world. In this session, Ann Moradian will look at why our bodies matter now more than we might imagine. This session will also include movement that can be done standing or seated.
