The Breath has been found to be a very precise key to the body’s natural healing resources
Every change of mental state is reflected first in the breath and then in the body. Breathing is a
key ingredient in physical, emotional and mental health. A change in breathing creates a change
in chemistry, physiology and biology.
Integral Breath Therapy is a highly personal, experiential process that uses specific breathing
techniques as a unique and powerful tool for releasing stress, healing the body, balancing the
emotions, clearing the mind and deepening the connection to Spirit. As a vehicle for self-
exploration, the breath is the bridge between the conscious and unconscious minds, allowing the
individual access to deeper levels of truth and understanding.
In this experiential presentation, we will learn the Integral Breath Therapy (IBT) version of the
Conscious Connected Breath and how it can be used as a tool for self-development. The breath
connects us to the four levels of our being.
We will use the breath to dialogue with the BODY and to reconnect to the wisdom the it
holds.
The breath moves the energy in the body and connects us to our EMOTIONS which are
and are part of our guidance system.
The MIND and our programmed beliefs create our personal reality. The breath is a
vehicle to change the mind which will change our life experience.
The breath connects us to our heart and our SPIRITUAL nature. Here we have access to
wisdom and compassion.
If we have time, I would like to do an exercise which ties the four levels together. It shows how
our early programming is affecting our lives today. The repetitious patterns create the ongoing
Drama.
