In this session Bonnie Weiss will explain how to unblock the creative self through the use of the “Internal Family System Therapy model” This was developed by Richard Schwartz.
It works with parts, is user friendly, powerful, effective, evidenced based work. It does not pathologise and extends to the spiritual realm and is effective for trauma work.
