Through the power of Open Language Instruction and Textured Movement, in this session, you will discover how adjusting language not only enables greater inclusion, removing barriers for dancers with diverse physicalities and learning abilities, but creates a deeper understanding and quality of movement for everyone. Develop your own autonomy as a thinking dancer, becoming more in tune with you own body and break your movement habits through this inclusive approach to dance.
