Our focus in this practice will be on creating and sustaining a meditation practice that isn't about spirituality, or enlightenment, or attaining some special state of being. It's not about anything we might experience. It's about the simplicity of sitting, and being with what is, day after day. In this practice, we'll focus on developing the Posture of Pure Awareness, a somatic way to align the body so that meditative insights can more easily flow through it. And we'll practice a simple concentration practice that is designed to allow you to be with what is, while allowing the stillness that is already here to flow out and through you
