And Dr. Sciamano believes that the best way to work this out is through the process of opening- which is the journey of unpacking your armor against Masculine energy in order to become integrated and embodied as your true, feminine self. The problem is that most ambitious and independent women simply don’t know how to open themselves in order to stand powerfully, side-by-side with men, in a way that doesn’t burn out your body.
