Reset your understanding of wellbeing by embedding Indigenous ways of knowing, doing and being into your daily lifestyle and re-activate your reciprocal relationship with the Earth. Move your body and experience a connection to Earth’s energy to create Earth, mind, body and spirit wellbeing with Wayapa Wuurrk. A key element of Wayapa is developing our connection to Earth as the starting point for achieving holistic wellness, and the words ‘Wayapa Wurrrk’ mean to ‘connect to the Earth’. Based on the long-held Indigenous knowledge that we cannot achieve wellness if our environment is not well, it aims to help people find connection to nature around us, as well as belonging and purpose in caring for the Earth as it sustains and nourishes us. Wayapa aims to create a global movement of social change to reset the current systems to re-birth an earth-centric world.
