They can hinder your work, strain your relationships, and cost you important opportunities. These maladaptive strategies for dealing with discomfort actually end up causing more stress and inhibit personal growth. In this session, you will experience how Embodied Yoga Principles can give you deeper insights around these patterns and help you build life skills for choosing more adaptive ways of meeting these challenges. Expect some psychological depth with a dose a playfulness, and practical tools you can take into your life.
