Yogic meditation can be described as ‘concentrated thinking’ or ‘an unbroken flow of
thought’.
In this session we’ll learn how to centre our minds through breathing and
visualisation techniques and by using a simple mantra as a base for the meditation.
Each student will be able to take home what they learn, as a first step toward a
regular practice of meditation.
