Exploring bodyfulness as nature relationship
In this workshop presentation, we will ask ourselves what it means to be nature? Through somatic and imaginal meditation, journaling, map-making and discussion, we will explore how the body is not a thing we have, but an ecological experience that we are. In reflecting on our bodies as nature, we will turn inwards to get reacquainted with our own, unique inner landscapes in search of a richer ecological identity and meaning.
