Feeling tired, crabby, reactive or resigned lately? Blocked eros isn’t only felt as lack of libido in
the body. It can affect all areas of life, manifesting as agitation, anxiety, lethargy, and general
malaise. When having these experiences, we may feel far from our aliveness and sexuality, but
there are ways to convert the pain to pleasure. In this session with Erotic Mindfulness Teacher,
