Laughing is so simple and still so profound in how it can open the space for joy, creative thinking and surrender. In this session we will explore, how laughter can help us, to let go of control and connect deeper with our innate intelligence. You will be inspired, how to use laughter as a resource for our daily life and as a coaching tool if stuck in your mind. And last but not least, you will learn, that laughter is essentially important for bonding and in any kind of communication. Laughter as a daily micro practice makes us smarter on many levels.
