During the session I'm going to share about the ancient Qigong practice and how it is used to balance emotions, bring healing energy into our organs, release blockages and promote a free flow of energy. I'll share more about what is White Tiger Qigong and how it combines ancient wisdom and modern day science to create a holistic mind-body-spirit practice. I'll also teach participants one form for the lung health so they can get a taste of this practice.
